This book has filled in many of those gaps.. I have been doing the beginner exercises for about 8 weeks now and have seen a tremendous improvement in my body -- and my energy as well.
It is imperitive that you have access to a gym to work out. Moreover, some of Screech's findings will undoubtedly come as a surprise.
